Delivering excellent work for all our clients

As Client Services Director, Emma oversees Studio 24’s client accounts, working closely with our project management, creative, and development teams to ensure we deliver excellent work for our clients.

Emma is often the first person our clients speak to about their project. She builds strong, long-lasting relationships through honest communication, and gets to know every client’s goals so we can deliver work that makes a real difference.

Emma has a strong understanding of what’s possible in digital. As a PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) certified practitioner, she supports clients from interrogating the initial brief through to celebrating successful delivery. She also completed a 12-month management programme to achieve accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

In 2020, Emma joined the BIMA 100 in the Client Services and Project Management category. The BIMA 100 recognises the British digital industry’s most influential, pioneering, and change-making people.

She is a mental health first aider and menopause champion at Studio 24, helping build a culture where every team member can thrive.

Outside of work, Emma is a Trustee of The Elizabeth Coteman Fund, a charity supporting people with pancreatic cancer. Her time in the charity sector shapes how she works: she wants every project, personal and professional, to be impactful and to contribute to a better web and a better world.

Working with a client with technical digital asks that also operates in a complex stakeholder environment, requires patience, insight, and determination. Emma has this in spades. She provides calm counsel and a can-do attitude. Together we’ve delivered an online experience that informs and enables users. No drama, just good digital.
