The City Services department of Cambridge City Council receives high volumes of calls from residents and businesses requesting information on various issues. As part of the latest e-government initiatives the Council were looking to reduce the level of calls coming into their call centre by providing an efficient and accurate online alternative.

Cambridge City Council approached Studio 24 Ltd to implement our FAQ Knowledgebase software. The software offers local residents and businesses an alternative to calling the council helpdesk, by providing answers to frequently asked questions.
